CONDITIONS

Captain Kinderdijk is not liable for any form of material or immaterial damage that occurs during sailing. This includes damage to personal property and any physical injuries to the tenant or their guests.

It is the responsibility of the renter and their guests to follow all instructions of the captain and to observe safety rules. In the event of negligence, Captain Kinderdijk reserves the right to terminate the cruise.

If the tenant or his guests cannot swim, they must provide suitable life jackets themselves.

By using our services, the renter agrees to the above conditions and acknowledges that Captain Kinderdijk is not liable for damage or injuries.

1. Cancellation

   • Cancellation of the booking is free of charge if this is reported to the landlord in writing or by e-mail at least 24 hours before the planned start time of the rental period.

   • If the cancellation takes place less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the tenant is due the full rental amount.

   • If the weather does not allow sailing, the renter has the right to cancel the booking free of charge.

2. To be late

   • If the tenant arrives later than the agreed starting time, the end time of the rental period remains unchanged.

   • The landlord is not obliged to compensate the time lost due to late arrival.
